Join us on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Hilton Hotel, Opatijska ul. 9, Rijeka.
The goal of this gathering is not just activity, but understanding the basic principles of effective and safe running – from preparing the body to managing training load.
Through a short introduction, you will get to know our training approach, followed by a guided outdoor session including warm-up, running, and stretching.
The training is designed to suit different fitness levels, with a focus on proper movement, pace control, and a sense of safety during activity.
After the training, there will be time for relaxed socializing and additional questions.
Participation is free with prior registration until April 10, 2026, and the number of spots is limited.
