I started my sports journey at the age of nine, when I joined a basketball team. Although I had been active from an early age, I first encountered physical training at twelve, driven by the desire to surpass my peers, doing my first push-ups, pull-ups, and squats. At fifteen, I stepped into the world of fitness, where I gained valuable experience through basketball-specific training. Over time, I explored different types of training – from TRX and kettlebell workouts, to CrossFit, in which I even competed, and eventually to Olympic weightlifting. In this discipline, I became the national junior champion in 2013 in the under-77-kilogram category.
My professional career began the same year after I obtained my degree as a physiotherapist, working in a polyclinic as a kinesiotherapist. In 2018, I decided to further develop my knowledge and experience, so alongside my work, I enrolled in the Management of Sports and Sports Organisations program at Libertas International University, which I completed in 2021.
In 2024, I became a Technogym Master Trainer, responsible for delivering education on Technogym equipment and systems.
Physical preparation and an active lifestyle are an essential part of my everyday life. I take every opportunity to spend time in nature and discover its beauty, most often by cycling through forests and snowboarding down snowy mountains.
My name is Jasmina Budimlija, and I was born on April 3, 1991, in Rijeka. I am a certified Pilates instructor, yoga instructor, and wellness therapist. My passion for health and wellbeing started at an early age, and in 2010 I graduated from the Secondary School for Cosmeticians in Opatija. I further developed my knowledge by working as a therapist in the wellness centers of Opatija’s most renowned hotels, while also attending numerous educational programs focused on facial and body care.
Recreational sports have always been part of my life, but my perspective on the body and overall wellbeing changed significantly in 2019, when pregnancy and motherhood brought major transformations to my own body. This experience led me to a deeper awareness of my body, and I embraced training as an essential part of both my physical and mental rehabilitation.
In 2021, I had the opportunity to join the Spa & Health Club at Hilton Costabella Beach Resort and Spa, where I further expanded my knowledge in the sports aspect of my career. Two years later, I completed my Pilates Instructor certification at the Fitness School in Rijeka, and in 2025 I finalized my education as a certified Yoga Instructor.
After years of therapeutic practice and working with people, I developed a strong desire to share my knowledge and teach others how proper exercise can be a powerful long-term tool for self-care. I emphasize correct exercise techniques and breathing, aiming to help individuals raise awareness of their bodies, recognizing both strengths and weaknesses.
I firmly believe in the power of the female body in every sense, and this belief, together with my education, allows me to balance work, motherhood, and personal growth. I see Pilates and yoga as practices with profound therapeutic effects on muscles, making them suitable for people of all genders, ages, and fitness levels.
My name is Goran, and I am a graduated kinesiologist with more than 20 years of experience in fitness, education, and physical preparation. Throughout my career, I have worked as a personal and group trainer, educator, and lecturer at a private university, where I had the privilege of passing on my knowledge and expertise to new generations of professionals.
I gained valuable experience working in numerous renowned European fitness centers, and I am especially dedicated to an individualized approach with clients—whether they are preparing for competitions, training recreationally, seeking nutrition guidance, or simply looking for extra motivation. My professional values are built on knowledge, empathy, and consistency.
I am an optimistic, communicative, and energetic person who firmly believes that every goal can be achieved with the right approach and support.
Beyond my professional career, I lead a rich and versatile personal life. I am passionate about books, both buying and reading them, and I enjoy spending time with kids in my neighborhood—playing football, handball, or just having fun. I occasionally play table tennis, go swimming at Mladost pool, or enjoy walks through Maksimir and hikes up Sljeme via Bikčevićeva trail. Meditation and self-development are an important part of my daily routine, and I truly enjoy connecting with people, as it fills me with positive energy.
Working with children and young people is especially fulfilling for me, as it awakens the “little Gogi” inside me—the one who has always loved sports, games, and competition. Sport still plays a central role in my life, whether through active participation or attending sporting events.
I am fluent in English, and my experience in international environments has further enriched my professional approach and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
I was born and raised in Rijeka. I have been active in sports since childhood and, after trying various disciplines (swimming, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, handball), I dedicated myself to both athletics and volleyball, which I trained in parallel until the end of high school.
After a knee injury, I was forced to take a break from sports activities. However, instead of discouraging me, it motivated me even more. After rehabilitation, I entered a fitness center for the first time—and that’s where I discovered my future calling.
I enrolled at the Faculty of Kinesiology, in the professional study program for fitness trainer education. Inspired by my own experience with injury, I chose “Jumper’s Knee in Fitness” as the topic of my thesis. I was also awarded the Dean’s Prize in my generation.
Afterwards, I pursued a specialization at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb—fitness orientation—while simultaneously studying to become a professor of kinesiology at the University of Mostar. I continuously improve my knowledge and skills through congresses and workshops, and I am also a certified nutritionist.
After gaining experience working as a trainer in a fitness center, in December 2020 I launched my own project, Maya Mi Fit, to dedicate myself more closely to the individual needs of my clients.
Recreationally, I enjoy skiing and am a true lover of snowy slopes. I also love traveling, continuous education, and I am a big animal lover.
“My clients are diverse, primarily recreational athletes who want to improve their quality of life—be fitter, live healthier, feel better and stronger, change their eating habits, reduce body fat, or increase muscle mass. They are of all ages—men and women, pregnant women (prenatal), and mothers recovering after childbirth (postnatal), with or without health concerns. I approach each one individually, guiding and supporting them on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.”
My name is Antonio Žan, born in 1997. The path that led me to where I am today was far from easy – but that is exactly why I know how valuable every change truly is.
As a child and teenager, I struggled with severe weight issues. I reached 120 kilograms, was completely inactive, addicted to sugar and video games – the last person anyone would have imagined becoming strong and healthy one day. But that very struggle shaped the person I am today.
Over the years, I experimented, learned, and searched for methods that really work. I went through every step myself – the successes and the mistakes – and because of that, I deeply understand what it feels like to start from zero, how distant the goal can seem, and what it truly takes to achieve it.
Today, I work as a coach with a clear focus: strength, health, and longevity – with improved physical appearance as a welcomed bonus. My mission is to help people not only look better, but also live without pain, move functionally, and feel strong in their own bodies. Nothing brings me greater satisfaction than when a client tells me they can finally climb the stairs without pain, or when I see pride and happiness in their eyes after achieving something they once thought impossible.
For me, training has never been just about physical activity. It is an investment in life. My goal is to show every person who places their trust in me that they can reach their goals – no matter where they start.
